Fladder Danmark A/S Presents The New FLADDER 200/GYRO

Fladder Danmark A/S is presenting a new deburring machine with the name FLADDER 200/GYRO which is the next generation of the well known FLADDER AUT, that until now has set the market standard for automatic deburring of sheet metal and 3 dimensional parts.
New features of the FLADDER 200/GYRO are:
A new vacuum unit ensures an even safer fixation of work pieces. The vacuum effect has increased 30% with the same power consumption.
The central gearhead is as standard now equipped with conical spindles. This leaves the customer with more options when it comes to the choice of tools. An option is Ø 400mm abrasive cylinders with the benefit of increased oscillation of the gearhead and 40% more deburring effect.
A simplified control panel with touchscreen makes operation of the machine easy.
The FLADDER 200/GYRO is built in the usual FLADDER standard for heavy-duty work, meaning very low maintenance cost.
The machine is optimized for low power consumption, and with the optional Energy Saving system, even further energy reduction is possible.
