Our suppliers have over thirty five years experience in the manufacture of levelling rolls, straightening rolls and intermediate rolls for hot or cold processing of all types of sheet metal.
The machine tools are all numerically controlled, capable of producing rolls with diameters between 20 and 1600mm and weighing up to 20 tons. As part of the design and manufacturing process they advise on the most appropriate steel alloys to use and selection of surface finishes which range from standard grinding to polished super finishing, from sandblasting to special shapes and chromium, chromium carbide and titanium nitride surfacing.
We can also provide a Reconditioning Service for worn rolls . The reconditioning service includes restoration of the roll's original shape, surface and finish and can be completed by disassembly and reassembly of the series.
